Navigating the Contact List: To navigate to a contact, simply click in the search field at the top of the contact list, and start typing some data for the contact you are trying to find. This list should include your entire contact database: prospects, vendors, clients, professionals, students… etc. The contact list is populated from an initial import, but can be added to at any time. If you click on ABC Company in the contact list (1), and navigate to the Contacts tab (2), ABC Company’s contact information will display. Export to Excel: Export your results to an Excel file.You will need to be inside the workspace to get this option. From the Workspaces dropdown menu, highlight your workspace to export or print. You can print workspaces, export their results to Excel, or save a PDF. There is no right or wrong number of workspaces, and you are free to include any analyses you want.
